About the event

Join us for our free July birding outing! Meet at 8 AM at the Lind Coulee Public Fishing Access/Boat Launch, just off Road M, near highway 262. The plan is to look for birds in the area, then drive to the Chestnut Orchard to continue. We should see Great Egrets, Terns, Snipe, Kingfishers, Goldfinches, Bewick's Wrens, Song Sparrows, Ring-necked Pheasant, and many more. Wear long pants. Bring Discover Pass, bug spray, and water. No dogs please.  Please consider becoming a member of our Central Basin Audubon Society. Dues help to pay for our activities, such as the ARC Program, which is an environmental education program targeting 4th grade classrooms in the area. Both members and nonmembers are welcome on our bird walks.

The membership form is available for download at our website:  centralbasinaudubonsociety.org
